By accessing or using any services offered by Upmark Curve ("we," "us," or "our") — including Upmark Studio, Curve Guidance, Curve Tinker, Upmark Campus, Curve Vault, or Curve Community — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, students, and users of our website and platforms.

Upmark Curve provides the following categories of services: • Upmark Studio — Web development, design, database, and creative services for businesses and individuals. • Curve Guidance — One-on-one mentorship, career counselling, and academic planning for students. • Curve Tinker — STEM education, workshop kits, and hands-on technology learning programs. • Upmark Campus — Student community resources, study materials, merchandise, and the Spectrum Magazine. • Curve Vault — Curated blogs, tutorials, and educational resources. • Curve Community — A student networking and collaboration platform. Service availability, pricing, and scope are subject to change at our discretion. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Payment for all services must be made as agreed upon at the time of booking. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refund Policy: • Consultation sessions (Curve Guidance): Refunds are not available once a session has commenced. If Upmark Curve cancels a session, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. • Studio Projects: A non-refundable booking fee (typically 30–50% of the total) is charged upfront. The remaining is due on delivery. Disputes must be raised within 5 business days of delivery. • Workshop Kits & Campus Products: Kits and physical goods are non-refundable once dispatched. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours. We reserve the right to pause or cancel services if payments are not received on the agreed schedule.

You agree not to: • Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. • Copy, redistribute, or resell content, designs, or materials delivered to you without written permission. • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when booking sessions or submitting forms. • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platforms. • Interfere with the security or integrity of our services. Violations may result in immediate termination of your access and services without refund.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, code, logos, and brand identity — is the property of Upmark Curve unless otherwise attributed, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. For Studio projects: Upon full payment, you receive full ownership rights to the final deliverable (website, design assets, etc.). We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. The Upmark Curve name, logo, and brand marks may not be used without prior written consent.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upmark Curve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that continued service is not in our or the public's best interest. Outstanding payment obligations survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Odisha, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
